The shop owner was easy to work with for how we wanted our personalization to look, and they were packaged very carefully and securely. We got faux etch for our font.

These were higher quality than I expected which is always a good thing! The day after I ordered, I realized another pattern would be better so I contacted them and it was no problem to change.
