The shop owner was easy to work with for how we wanted our personalization to look, and they were packaged very carefully and securely. We got faux etch for our font.

These were higher quality than I expected which is always a good thing! The day after I ordered, I realized another pattern would be better so I contacted them and it was no problem to change. The are packed so dang well - no way you would experience breakage in shipping! Sooo happy with these - will see what else I can order from the quality seller/business!
