Graphic Designers and do-it-yourselfers: No, you do not have to use our Online Deisgner, but if you wish to design your own products, they must meet our design standards. Raster files must be include 300dpi and offer at least 1/8 inch bleed room. For full-color Kolorcoat™ products, we have Adobe Photoshop CS4 templates available on our Art Templates page. For vector art and screenprinted products, please upload your vector .ai, .eps, or .pdf files directly to the File Uploader below.

No matter how you place your order, artists who send files via the File Uploader will automatically be emailed a proof free of charge.

Placing an order

The Online Designer is built to handle order processing. Here are alternate ways to place an order for those using the File Uploader.
All orders placed these ways will recieve a free emailed art proof.

Give us a call
Before or after uploading your artwork, simply give us a call during listed business hours and we'll take your order over the phone

Start a Ticket
If you are placing your order after business hours and would still prefer to handle the order via telephone, upload your art and start a ticket requesting a call back and we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Use the Online Designer anyway
You can upload your artwork to the File Uploader and still use the Online Designer to pick your product, select quanitity, and handle payment and account processing. Instead of creating a design, you can literally just type in the design area that you have uploaded your art in the File Uploader instead. This will let our artists know. (Unfortunately, this is because at this time there is no automatic connection between the File Uploader and the Online Deisgner.)

Using the File Uploader

Click on the first button as shown below to log in:

Log in with the following credentials (as shown below):
Username: upload
Password: upload

Put YOUR NAME somewhere in the file name ("john-doe-bottleopener.psd" "coasters_for_janedoe.psd". If you are uploading more than one file, you can opt instead to create a folder and use YOUR NAME to name the folder and upload your art within. You also have options to write descriptions for your files.

Do I need to use the File Uploader or the Online Designer?

Online Designer
Perhaps 90% of our orders utilize this handy feature. The Online Designer is a start-to-finish easy web-based designer application consumers can use creat an account, choose a product, design it with a Flash interface, and pay for their order. It is designed so everyday folks can manipulate images and text to customize hundreds of products. However, it will not accept vector files or layered art files (.psd).

File Uploader
The File Uploader is the large file uploader on this page and is a separate entity from our Online Designer.
It is primarly a resource for 1) Customers who either use a graphic designer or have design experience themselves and prefer to upload completed designs, and 2) Customers whose artwork is in vector format (preferred for screenprinting products).

Corporate Clients
For massive orders and corporate accounts, please contact us directly for ordering and use neither the Online Desiner nor the File Uploader. A dedicated salesperson and our art team will work directly with you.
