If you are stuck with a problem on the Online Designer, if these tips do not work for you, are unsure how to continue with your design, or having trouble uploading, please feel free to contact us.

1. The designer links on every page ("Launch Online Designer") open the Online Designer in a new tab or window (depending on your browser preference). Test it here.

2. The Online Designer is a FLASH application. Your browser and internet device must support Adobe™ Flash.

• Your design must be one color if it is a screen printed product.
• If your design appears to be one color and you still receive this error message, there is a quick fix: Change each layer to new color and back to the desired color. This resets the color options in the program.

• All screen printed products have a minimum quantity. Kolocoat™ products do not. Please see the FAQ for more information as to why.

When you add products to the Designer and save them, you can go back and edit the products later. Unfortunately, you cannot add products to the saved session. Selecting new products starts a new saved session; it does not add them to an existing "cart," so you would have to order each saved session separately. We regret this aspect of the Designer and hope to eliminate this characteristic in the future.

Uploaded (raster) artwork will not change color in the designer. If your uploaded artwork is a solid single color, and you wish to indicate that you want the image in a different color, change the color properties and our artists will make note and change your uploaded artwork to the selected color. If your product is a one-color screen printed product (ex: glassware), we will automatically change all artwork (clip art, text, uploaded) in your design to match a selected color.

We recommend that the customer request an email proof to ensure the artwork will be printed as desired.

Some fonts do not support special characters such as & and ! and will typically show up as rectangle characters. When this happens, we replace the special character with the same character from a similar font that does support special characters.
